Returns must be made within 28 days of the dispatch date. Include proof of purchase, your name, address, contact number or email, and a brief note explaining the reason for return. Return the item via recorded delivery – the customer is responsible for return postage and handling charges. If you don’t have suitable packaging, you may arrange to drop the item off at our store/warehouse.
